I was going to have a tournament where whoever was the character from the show who had a Millenium Item got to use it. All of these "Millenium Item Cards" adhered to the following rules:

1.The Millennium Items are placed in your deck and are considered “Millennium Item Cards.” They cannot be targeted by a Monster, Spell, or Trap card to designate a specific type of card.
2.These cards are activated as soon as you draw them or as soon as there is an open Spell/Trap space; you must activate them in your Spell/Trap zone and they take the place of one of the spots. Their activation cannot be negated, and remain on the field, in play, for the remainder of the duel. Exceptions are Rule 1 and the Millennium Key.
3.These cards do not count towards your deck limit.
